This Privacy Policy explains how Neuraviz Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Neuraviz", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit neuraviz.com, contact us, take part in the Neuraviz AI Challenge 2026, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 91036 29001.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, institution or organisation, city.
• AI Challenge information: registration details, team information and the ideas or material you submit.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or web forms, and our replies.
• Technical information from our website, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

We do not ask for passwords, OTPs, bank or card details over WhatsApp or chat.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your questions and provide our services.
• To manage registrations, evaluations and communication for the Neuraviz AI Challenge 2026.
• To keep records of enquiries in our customer relationship system.
• To send you updates you have asked for, or that relate to your registration.
• To keep our services secure and to meet legal obligations.

4. WhatsApp and automated replies

When you message our WhatsApp Business number, your message, WhatsApp profile name and number are received through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. An automated assistant may reply to you. To generate replies, the text of your messages may be processed by an AI service provider (Google Gemini). A short recent conversation history is kept for up to 24 hours so the assistant can follow the conversation. A member of our team may take over the conversation at any time.

5. Service providers we use

We share information only with providers that help us run our services, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) – message delivery.
• Zoho Corporation (Zoho CRM and related tools) – storing contacts, leads and conversation records.
• Google (Gemini API) – generating automated replies.
• Our web hosting provider – hosting our website and systems.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. How long we keep information

We keep contact and registration records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for (for example, for the duration of the AI Challenge and a reasonable period afterwards), or as required by law. Automated-assistant conversation history on our server is deleted after 24 hours.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information.
• You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us by replying STOP or by blocking our number.
• You can withdraw consent for future processing at any time.

9. Children

Participants under 18 should take part in the AI Challenge only with the consent of a parent, guardian or their institution.
